Through apparently no fault of the seller, this item took sixteen days to arrive from New Jersey to California via Honolulu. The straps on this carrier were completely tangled and judging from their condition, they had been that way for some time. No mention of this in the listing however. With some effort I was able to untangle them. Overall, aside from the record breaking shipping delay, the transaction was at best ok.

Shipped and arrived quickly. Packaged well. As described. I have this one and the Super Soaker 100 model. My wife and I have been having fun with these little things. One of our dogs loves chasing us when we bring these out! Our cats — not so much.
