Overall a good eBay experience; the seller accepted my offer and shipped the item within a few hours. The shipping label was attached directly onto the manufacturer’s packaging, and the box arrived in pretty rough condition. I would have preferred it sent in an outer box as it could have easily been damaged or stolen. However the toothbrush is in perfect shape, all the accessories and user guide were in the box and it works as if I bought it off the shelf myself! Very good product & seller!
only reason this positive is because seller paid return and refunded for an item that was not as described, cord was pulled too for out when received and would not rewind, ever who packaged it knew this but sent any way. He was quick to ship, packing only included the box the dryer originally came in, taped, labeled and mailed that way so it was not packaged very well. We so appreciate the refund but the item should not have been sent in that condition in the first place, Thanks

Seller could have saved a buck by placing it in a mailer & wrapping; in hopes of no breakage BUT seller went the extra mile to wrap as well ship in a box (thank you). Item listed was “used”…. Shoot it was practically NEW and obviously taken care of prior to the sale on e-bay; again the seller went above & beyond not exaggerating the condition; in fact they UNDER stated it !
