While there was a mixup in the item I thought I was getting to what I actually received, I can’t say it negatively impacted my experience. The item was delivered sooner than expected. It was new as described but it didn’t have the handbrakes that I was expecting. When I reached out to the seller, they quickly responded to my concern, apologized for the mixup and offered me different solutions. In the end I went with a partial refund that was fair for both parties. I would buy from them again.
There was an issue with the product and the seller was exceptional in getting it rectified. When it couldn't be fixed, they refunded without any problem. They were responsive, thorough and, while I wasn't pleased to have the initial problem, the seller went above and beyond to made sure everything was right. Shipping was fantastic to Puerto Rico. It came just on time as expected. Packaging was a little damage but the inside was in perfect shape, no scratches. Item jus as describe! I believe we receive more tham we expected. Value is A+. It came with a decal for the door. We bought it for our family bathroom in church.
