This item was 99 percent as described. It was advertised as New Unopened, but the parts inside the box were just floating around, and one of the spare filters was missing, making me think that this had been opened at some point. That said, it appears brand new, and it works perfectly. As for shipping, it arrived 51 hours after I ordered it (that's incredibly fast!). I would definitely recommend this seller.
