I received a Cuisinart pan that wasn't the one in this seller's description. It was a smaller one but when I received it I decided to keep it, however, I asked the seller for a partial refund so that I could put it toward the pan I originally intended to purchase. He graciously agreed to refund part of my purchase price for the mistake. Like myself who is also a seller on ebay, I appreciate his kindness and doing right by his customer. Ordered and paid for two, did what they said to do, but only one was delivered? I called and asked them what happened to my second jack, they had to check on it and told me I should have put two in the quantity, it would not let me do that, so I said in the message to the seller, that this order was for two! They never read the message and it was three days later when I got the second jack I paid for? Did you not notice that the price was doubled???
Item arrived the next day, instant shipping a real plus, 5 star seller appreciate the cooperation item was as described but it was for a pi3 not the pi4 and the seller was very agreeable to make the switch which was much appreciated great case for the value and it looks really cool in new condition.
