  1. I received Gearlux Case, today, March 13th. Quality of the item is OK, but why does the accessory zippered part of case open pointing downward? For example, hold up case with small portion at the top & large portion is at the bottom; the accessory zippered portion of the case opens from the bottom, so items would tend to fall out of that compartment. Very weird. Your service was fine, excellent communication, condition of item met your description. Seller = 5 stars. Mfg Design = 2 or 3 stars.

  2. Overall positive because the seller was very polite and easy to communicate with.. I had a concern when the USPS tracking said my product had delivered on the 16th of July but no actual delivery and then found out my tracking number was identical to someone else in town totally unrelated to any eBay shipment. He got his package but none for me even though officially the documentation said I had received my order. The seller addressed the issue and my product came today and I like it a lot.
